Grey Structure & Construction

This 10 Marla grey structure project covered all the civil work that forms the backbone of a strong, long-lasting home. The client engaged us specifically for the structure, with their own plan for the finishing later, so getting this stage right was critical.

Work began with excavation and a properly engineered foundation, followed by RCC columns, beams and roof slabs cast with quality steel and cement. Brick masonry, electrical and plumbing conduiting, and base plaster completed the package.

We managed the site daily with our own skilled team and strict quality checks on every pour and every course of brickwork. The grey structure was handed over in six months, ready for finishing.
