Complete Home Renovation

This older Model Town home had good bones but a tired, dated interior. The family loved the location and did not want to move, so they asked us to bring the whole house up to a modern standard instead.

We carried out a careful strip-out of the old finishes, then rebuilt the look from the floor up, new flooring throughout, refreshed feature walls, modern lighting and an upgraded kitchen. Layout tweaks opened up the living area and made the whole house feel brighter and more spacious.

Because the family was living nearby during the work, we planned the sequence to keep dust and disruption to a minimum and finished the renovation in four months.
